Shuffle Master, Inc. Announces Agreement With Lightning Poker, Inc.

Shuffle Master, Inc. announced November 10th that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Lightning Poker, Inc.

Under the terms, Shuffle Master and Lightning Poker agrees to a distribution agreement where Shuffle Master will be responsible for the promotion, distribution, service and marketing of the Lightning Poker Gaming System all over the world.

Also part of their agreement is the term that Shuffle Master will have the option to make an equity investment in Lightning Poker Inc. Shuffle Master will also have the option to acquire an additional interest in the company if a Lightning Poker Inc. initial public offering takes place.

The Lightning Poker Gaming System is an innovative, fully-automated electronic poker table that can seat as much as 10 players. The players can make their game decisions through the high-tech touch screen betting stations. Moreover, the table can be configured to suit the players' game preference.
